• Parent - Teacher Conference

  Dear Parents and Guardians,

  On Thursday, September 28th, we will hold our first Parent Teacher Conference Night, remotely. This will be an opportunity for you to meet with your son/daughter's teachers and counselors. If there are specific teachers you would like to meet with during the Parent Teacher Conference, please complete the form. 
  
  Conference will take place 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
  
  Please complete the form before 3 PM, Thursday, September 28.

  During the New Student Orientation, you will learn more about the school, our CTE programs, receive information about our dress code, tour the school building, receive student schedules, and have an opportunity to ask any questions about the school.  Please do your best to attend at least one of the New Student Orientations. This will be instrumental in helping your student transition to Bronx Design, and become familiar with the space on the first day of school.

  We are hosting Regents Prep every Saturday leading to the June Regents. All students are invited to join and take part.

• Spring Recess is HERE!

  We have finally made it to Spring Recess! While I hope our students enjoy the downtime to relax and sleep in, I hope they use this break to recharge and prepare for a strong finish towards the end of the school year. 

  Students are expected to return to school on Monday, April 17th. The month of April will fly by, and there are so many events that will take place in late April and throughout May. Additionally, we want to provide students with every opportunity to learn and show content knowledge to earn credit and perform well on the June Regents. As a reminder, June Regents are (1) not optional, and (2) a requirement for graduation. No student can afford to be absent from school. Marking Period 2 will end on Friday, May 5th.

  If you have any questions on your child's class performance, please contact our parent coordinator (jpena@bxdesign.org) to arrange a meeting with your child's teachers, or contact their Cohort Counselor.

  Congratulations to the all of the students who were accepted to Bronx Design! We will host an Open House for families on Saturday, March 25th at the school. We will host virtual open houses during the month of April.
